Room Description

The entrance of each exclusive Villa is at the middle level at which there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, one living room with fireplace and a big balcony. At the lower level there is the main WC with Jacuzzi tab and the master bedroom with double bed. At the upper level (attic), there is a bedroom with two separate single beds and a WC with shower.
The residence is air conditioned and offers a wonderful sea view to the Golden Beach. The distance to the sea is just 400 m. The guests can use all facilities provided by Ntinas Filoxenia complex which is located 500m. away, such as the pools, the bars, the gym, the restaurant, the playground and the BBQ kiosk. Exclusive Villas can accommodate up to 5 guests each.
